Mark W. Hernandez is an associate with Alvarez, Winthrop, Thompson, & Smoak, P.A. His practice is focused on commercial and business litigation.
Mark has extensive experience handling foreclosures, as well as actions for replevin, collections, and garnishments. Mark has represented financial institutions, both large and small, in a wide range of civil litigation matters including mediations, landlord/tenant disputes, evictions, and code enforcement matters.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 2004 with a major in Political Science. Thereafter, he received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of North Florida in 2007 and his Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2009.
Mr. Hernandez grew up in a military family and has primarily resided in Florida. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.
